I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your outstanding customer service and responsiveness. The targets arrived already today and it looks like they will work great for us. For full disclosure, we’ve had an open order with a different company since the first week of January. We had received a recommendation for his targets. After months of unfilled promises and “another few weeks”, I canceled that order. What a breath of fresh air it was to call you last week, receive a shipping confirmation the same day and receive the products two days later. It’s also clear that if we were to have any issues with these targets, I am sure we can count on the same great customer service.

I appreciate your response. I thought that our remotes had gone missing. I wasn’t sure if we had thrown them away by accident, or what happened to them. I’m happy to report that they have been located,. The systems are working well, as they have since we purchased them all those years ago.

We are a small agency with limited funds. I was hesitant at first to make the investment but I can categorically state that it has proven to be worth every penny. I recommend this product to any agency that desires to challenge their officers and improve their skills.
