KEY MAINTENANCE ITEMS

  • Regularly inspect all screws, nuts, bolts, and other fasteners to ensure they remain tight during use, with particular attention to the motor housing screws.
  • The robot batteries are connected in series to produce 24 volts. Periodically swap the battery connector positions on the robot to balance the charging process.
  • ALWAYS charge your robot after each use and before storing it.
  • ALWAYS disconnect all batteries before long-term storage.
  • Hit sensors can be attached to the 3D target using hot melt glue.
  • Some units may require the antenna to be sealed with silicone caulk to prevent water from entering the control housing.
